The Company reserves the right to request KYC verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the Company's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin are also accepted.
All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. The Company does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times of approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players must have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements and completed KYC verification before withdrawal rights are activated.
The Company does not charge platform-side transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals using supported Malaysian payment methods. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by the Company are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, failing which uncompleted Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus offer upon making their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonus eligibility, bonus amount, and Wagering Requirements are subject to the terms of the current welcome offer as displayed on the Platform at the time of registration. Lisboa33 operates a tiered VIP programme. Birthday bonuses ranging from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP) are credited to eligible Accounts on the Player's registered date of birth, subject to account activity requirements and applicable Wagering Requirements. VIP tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering history as determined by the Company.
Players may earn referral rewards of up to MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referred Player completing a qualifying first deposit. Upon Account closure initiated by the Player (where no breach of Terms has occurred), any eligible Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds not subject to completed Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
